These Terms apply when you use the Squishverse website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. About Squishverse

Squishverse is an online retailer of squishy, sensory and related products. We may use third-party suppliers, warehouses and fulfilment partners to store, pack and dispatch products on our behalf.

Even where a third party fulfils an order, your purchase is with Squishverse.

2. Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, screen settings and normal manufacturing variations.

Measurements may be approximate where stated. Any product-specific age recommendations, warnings, care instructions and safety information should be followed.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your delivery address and contact details, is accurate.

Product availability can change. If we are unable to supply an item after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide any refund due.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing or listing errors, legal restrictions or inability to supply the goods.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our store. Any applicable delivery charges or other charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Third-party fulfilment

Some products may be stored and dispatched by third-party fulfilment partners.

Products within the same order may therefore be dispatched from different locations and may arrive in separate parcels.

These arrangements do not reduce your consumer rights or transfer responsibility for your purchase to the supplier. Please contact Squishverse regarding your order unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, cancellations, faulty goods and refunds are governed by our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may have additional conditions, availability limits and expiry dates.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

9. Website use

You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with the operation of the store, use another person's information without permission or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual property

Squishverse branding, original website design, graphics, photographs and written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product names, trademarks and other intellectual property belonging to third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our business, services or legal obligations change.

The Terms applying to an order will normally be those in effect when that order was placed, except where a change is required by law.

13. Governing law

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the law applicable to your part of the United Kingdom. You retain any mandatory legal rights concerning where proceedings may be brought.
