Delivery Policy
We want your Squishverse order to reach you safely and with as little fuss as possible.
Delivery options and estimated times
The delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times available for your order will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Some Squishverse products may be stored and dispatched by third-party fulfilment partners. This means dispatch locations, carriers and delivery times may vary between products.
Orders arriving separately
If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. You will not be charged additional delivery fees after placing your order unless you specifically agree to them.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Delivery delays
Occasionally deliveries may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact Squishverse and we will investigate with the relevant carrier or fulfilment partner.
Delivery addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
Lost, damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact Squishverse as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for photographs of the parcel or product so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Third-party fulfilment
We may use suppliers, warehouses and fulfilment partners to store, pack and dispatch products on our behalf. Your purchase remains with Squishverse. You do not need to resolve delivery problems directly with our supplier or fulfilment partner; please contact us and we will handle the matter.
Delivery destinations
We only deliver to destinations made available to you at checkout. Availability may vary depending on the product and fulfilment location.
If international delivery is offered, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable law.
Nothing in this Delivery Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
